Banner Company Changes Name to B3, Launches New Website
RIVERSIDE, CA, August 2, 2007 — Banner Company has changed its name to B3 and launched a new website. The name change reflects an evolution in the company’s business, which has expanded far beyond blank banner sales over the company’s 25 years of operation, and now includes large-scale digital print-direct services.
The launch of the new website, at www.PrintB3.com, was timed to coincide with the name change. The website, which offers customers a clear and comprehensive overview of the company’s broadened capabilities. The site includes a project gallery that showcases the company’s recent noteworthy work, including grand format applications for a wide range of corporate and municipal clients.
The B3 name better reflects the company’s current business. The “B3” component is a legacy of the original banner business, and a tribute to the people who have been with the company since the early days, just after its founding by president Rose Kriese. The digital-age “DigiGrafx” component reflects the company’s growth, expertise and leadership in a broad range of cutting-edge print-direct graphic solutions, drawing upon the stunning visual effects offered by modern digital design and print technology, and new materials technology that allows printing on a wide range of fabrics and flexible and rigid substrates.
B3 has grown to become a pioneer in the grand format industry, producing sharp full-color images that can cover areas as large as the sides of buildings and stadiums.
